Terms & Conditions:
The competition is open to anyone (over the age of 18
years) except staff members of BirdLife South Africa, the Host Company or
organisation sponsoring the prize, their advertising and public-relations
agencies and their immediate families.
The closing date for entries is 1 July 2010 and only
entries received by 1 July 2010 will be considered.
SMS’s are charged at R20 each.
The prizes will be awarded to the senders of the first
entries drawn after the closing date.
The judges’ decision is final and binding and no
correspondence will be entered into.
The prizes are not transferable, nor can they be converted
into cash.
All travelling costs not expressly included and any
additional costs will be at the winners’ expense, unless specified and
confirmed in writing.
The prizes must be taken within 12 months of closing
date, at a time to suit both the hosts and the winners, unless otherwise
specified and confirmed in writing.
Winners will be notified on the contact number provided
on 12 July 2010.
