Group Details:

A diverse grouping of birds, which includes the Waxbills which are small, mostly brightly coloured granivorous birds, most of which are sexually dimorphic. The Whydahs have elaborate central tail feathers, and are brood parasites. Finches, Seed-eaters and canaries are small seed-eating birds with conical bills.
