Group Details:

Parrots are brightly coloured and noisy, with short, powerful hooked bills. Turacos (louries) are medium sized birds with a longish tail and bright colours (except Grey Go-away bird). Cuckoos are brood-parasites and like Coucals are generally large and noisy. Cuckoos and Coucals both have unusual (zygodactylous) feet, with two toes pointing forward and two pointing backwards.
